Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched that day. Orders placed later, at weekends or on bank holidays are handled on the next working day. Once your parcel leaves us, we’ll email you a Royal Mail tracking link. If you haven’t received a dispatch email, check your junk folder, then contact orders@vapesaloon.co.uk with your order number. Delivery times can vary after dispatch.

Email orders@vapesaloon.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and the correct delivery address. Our team can update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once a parcel is with the carrier, an address change may no longer be possible.
